In most cases our customers are presented with our CVM Delivery Slip/Invoice slip at the courier service pick-up or at the point of delivery service, dependending on the designated payer. We always request payment "up front" in these cases, since we do not rely on credit or bank loans to function soundly, along with the fact that we pay our drivers weekly. When immediate payment is not possible, we request the receipt of checks within a week, two weeks at the latest. We often fax or e-mail the "white" (top copy) to our customers shortly after the messenger service has been completed, providing a signed CVM Delivery Slip/Invoice, eliminating the need to wait for "snail mail" to reach the customer. This system has proved effective and reliable 100% of the time.
We have never subscribed to pay services that take credit cards over the phone and have no plans for doing so in the future. It is too labor intensive and constitutes an un-necessary expense.
In rare instances, however, when the customer's only option for payment is by credit card, we provide this page which allows the customer to select the amount of the quoted same-day courier service, and pay by PayPal. Simply select the appropriate "buy now" button and fill out the information required for payment. You can choose between logging into your PayPal account, or making your purchase as a PayPal "guest." In either case, once you push the send payment button the secure transaction is transferred to our business account. If you want to create a PayPal account, there is no cost to sign-up and you can do it quickly in a few minutes and make your payment in the same session. One of the advantages of using PayPal is that your privacy and safety is guaranteed, since the merchant never sees your card number. You only need to be at a computer online, and to make the process even more pleasurable we have included geographical artwork next to each button to make this simple process of using PayPal for your courier service as enjoyable as possible.
